If your game library isn't showing your add-ons in the EA app, then most likely you're logging into the EA app with the wrong login details. You need to login to the app with the same details that you originally registered your game codes on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.

If you need further help locating the correct login details, that's something live support can help with- you can reach out to live support by submitting a help request here. You'll want to provide your game codes to the live support team so they can help locate the original EA account that your content was redeemed to and help you regain access to that older account.  You will need to verify that you own this older account before the live support team can help you regain access to it, if you're not able to verify that you're the original owner of that account, live support won't be able to help you get logged in again.
