@fredbear54 You'll need to contact EA customer support about the code. If you have an e-receipt, take a screenshot of that, including the email header; if you have a physical copy, take a photo showing the disc, its case, and the product code (clearly readable). In either case, you can upload the image when you're submitting the help request.

I would strongly recommend choosing the live chat option. If you don't see it, make sure the location in the lower-right corner of the screen is set to U.S. or U.K., or choose a slightly different category of issue. Manage My Account > Find Missing Game worked for me the last time I tried, although the live chat option was buried below a very long email form.
