      I'm replying just in case there is someone else out there who will one day have this annoying problem.  Simple & easy fix!  Thanks very much for your help. Cancelling the opportunity is much easier than deleting files.

I tried right clicking but still don't work 

@mnash2986  Try deleting the cache files in your TS3 game folder in Documents. They are:

• CASPartCache.package
• compositorCache.package
• scriptCache.package
• simCompositorCache.package
• socialCache.package

Then, if the music is still playing, try right-clicking again, even if you don't see an opportunity listed.  Sometimes there's an invisible placeholder left over by the game that needs to be clicked away.
