Re: Steam CD key won't redeem

Bought base game through Steam, and went to register. Found CD Key in the settings of the game, copied each four letter group into each corresponding box separately. I get this: The serial code you entered is invalid. Please enter a valid serial code and re-submit.

I try this several times, log out, log back in multiple times and try again, same issue each time. I also tried to log in with different details, wondering if perhaps the game was recognised through different log in information. Nope!

I think the Key itself might be faulty. Could I be provided with a new one?
