When I try to use cheats (alt+shift+c) it just starts to take a photo? Could anyone help me with this

Sorry, I don't know how to ask a question on this thread, so I have to "reply" but it is not a reply !

I just wanted to know if all EP are available because the only EP I can download is Island Paradise (I have other EP unlocked on Origin but I can't download them)

Am I the only one to have that ?

Sent an email yesterday for the CD key issue, they resolved it but I'm finding the launcher pretty laggy, and my Season EP it is still not recognised ! is there a topic about that?

@million-montanaTo play the game you need to find a CD key under "game proprieties" If there is not, you should write to the assistance and ask for this:

"I am a macOS user of The Sims 3. The 64-bit update has not worked for me so far. I'd like you to look at my account and re-apply the 64-bit entitlement for me. I will wait for you while you do it. Once you've finished I'll double-check for you that it worked by checking to see if Origin reports that the CD Key is now present in my 64-bit game. Thank you for your help!"

Then they'll fix it and you will be able to run the game, even if it has some bugs

Moreover, I can't unlock my EP Generation and University, because they say that the code I have in my CD is invalid.

Morning all! I managed to get my game up and running after speaking with customer support. It seems okay, although I can't seem to play for long periods of time without the game crashing. It's sort of a pain. I forgot how much I really missed open world though. I just wish I could explore it without all the crashes :< 

I managed to get the game running but my hot corners are still enabled while I am in the game for some reason. I enable edge scrolling but toggling to the corners still shows me all of my desktop windows instead of scrolling through my sim's neighborhood.

Do you mean the Sims 3 64-bit update? Are you playing on Mac? pleeeeaaasssee give me some good news 🥺

hey good morning everyone! I still don't have the 64-bit update in my library so going to try to contact EA support again today and will keep you updated here. 

Lines seem to be busy or down. I can't get through☹️

I tried speaking to them but they told me to wait?

ENGLISH: Finally, after requesting a chat contact with the United States customer service, they included in my account IMMEDIATELY, all my games updated to 64bit METAL! I started to download the games, let's see if they will work! Thank you all for your help throughout the year!

Note: I live in Brazil and to contact the support service, I had to log out of my account on the EA website, change the language to English (United States) and insert an email different from mine in the tab to start chat with support . Once started, I asked the attendant to update my games so that the 64bit version would appear. I entered the correct email and the magic happened!

PORTUGUÊS: Finalmente, apos solicitar um contato via chat com o atendimento dos estados unidos, incluiram na minha conta IMEDIATAMENTE, todos os meus jogos atualizados para 64bits METAL! Comecei a baixar os jogos, vamos ver se irão funcionar! Obrigado a todos pela ajuda ao longo do ano!

Obs: Moro no Brasil e para entrar em contato com o serviço de suporte, tive de deslogar minha conta no site da EA, mudar o idioma para ingles (estados unidos) e inserir um email diferente do meu na aba de iniciar chat com o suporte. Uma vez iniciado, solicitei ao atendente que atualizasse meus jogos para que a versão 64bits aparecesse. Informei o e-mail correto e a magica aconteceu!
