@rachelacelie  Are you saying the house is not in the in-game bin, so you can't select it; or that you see the house and can select it, but it doesn't show up on the lot when you place it?  I think the latter, but I want to make sure.

If you can place the lot but it doesn't show in Map View, load the lot anyway, in Build/Buy mode, and see whether the house shows up.  Sometimes the Map View image of the lot doesn't update properly but the house is still present.  The workaround here is to place something on the lot that you should see from Map View, for example a tree or rock as landscaping.  This forces the game to update the Map View image.

Let me know whether the house appears on the lot at all if you load into Build/Buy, and if it doesn't look right, post a screenshot of what you see.  You can put the game into windowed mode with cmd-return/enter and use cmd-shift-4 to capture that portion of the screen.
