    @rachelacelie  It looks very much like none of the house's data is being preserved.  The house isn't invisible; it's not there at all, and neither are the objects.  (The price makes that clear.)  I don't think there's anything you can do here other than find a different house to use.  It's odd that this one would be corrupt, but it happens.

@rachelacelie  That's normal: you installed the custom content alongside the house.  The cc isn't contained within the house; it's available in-game just as if you'd installed the items any other way.
