Re: The sims 3 Dragon valley

Hi there @zaraP12

Please be sure your VPN is fully disabled, and check that your location on your EA account matches your current actual location, you can check for that under Regional Settings in your account details here

Once you've verified that looks correct, please try redeeming your code again and let me know if you have any issues.

  • FIXED!!!!

    For a week i could not open redeem a code on the sims 3 website. It showed me a text that the site is down be right back. I was contacting many ea helpers via email or live chat but even tried their best to help me. At last i dont know how its connected but i uninstalled the game and suddenly the website was working.

    HERE ARE SOME TIPS ea told me to try to make the website work (maybe your problem) :

    different browser

    private window

    clear cache, cookies, history

    disable vpn on computer

    repair the game

    change password on ea

    verify email adress

    hope this helps! 🙂
