if it was 16 digit code that is usually for dlc content
- Go to http://www.thesims3.com and login to your account.
- Click on the The Store tab in the menu bar at the top of the page.
- Then click the My Store Account tab.
- Click on the Green "+" icon sign across from Redeem a Code to expand that section, if it's not expanded already.
- Enter your 16 digit code for your bonus content.
- Accept the Digital Services Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
- Click the green Redeem button.
to find your game code try this log into your origin account right click the game icon-show game details your code should be there if your still logged into origin log out close origin restart origin log back in to refresh/reload the game then right click the game icon-show game details make a note of your code have pen and paper handy
