try clear the internet cache and or switching browsers if using safari,opera or chrome try IE or Firefox

Even after trying different browsers and clearing the cache, it's still doing it.

pop blocker/ad blocker antivius, flushing the DNS http://www.thewindowsclub.com/flush-windows-dns-cache
