So I take it, you don't have any options on the oven ? Does this go for all Sims or just certain ones ? Do they already have some cooking experience ?
right i have no options, and thats for all my sims and one of them has mastered the cooking skill
Try downloading just the oven again.

Re-install it. It will say that it's already installed but don't bother about that. Then try again.

Do you have any other custom content installed ? Any mods ? Do you have a lot of Store content ?
