People that help out at the AnswerHQ are users like you. We cannot look into your account, we cannot help you with serial codes or account issues.
Need a refund ? Been Overcharged ? Game not showing up ? Serial code invalid ?

It feels like I answer one question and three new one WITH THE EXACT SAME ISSUE pop up. This is again getting out of hand. Please try to help yourself and contact Customer Support where applicable.
It seems there is no longer an Email option and live chat lines are long but emails didn't get answered before (took two month at least) so it might be a good thing that there is no longer an email option.

I have my standards to what posts I answer and which one I don't. Sometimes I also don't know an answer (especially if you're on a mac) so there's no use sending me a PM. I answer what I want and on my own time. I'm not reimbursed by EA in any way so my time is mine.
So if you read the first post and keep to the guidelines, you increase your chances, if you bump your thread ever hour and send me a PM, I hope someone else helps you.
