Redeem free simspoint on Thesims3.com

I was automatically given 1000 simpoints when I first "created" my sim store account with my EA login that has Sims 3 already on it. I then began adding all my expansions through code redemption on the EA app hoping to also receive more points for the applicable ones. They've been redeemed and the store has notifications saying I've redeemed successfully, but I'm not seeing the orange claim button anywhere. 

EA help aren't.. helping... but I've tried different browsers, deleting cache, trying on my phone, waiting more than 48 hours and logging in and out but nothing.

The store also shows the games as redeemed on my profile.

If you want the free simpoints, what you'll need to do is go the sims 3.com, log in with the account you bought the base game & world adventures with. Then, hover over the store tab, and click on "my store account." There should be an orange button to redeem the simpoints, and just click on it! Well, it's that simple if you bought them on EA app or origin, but if you're using physical discs, then you'll need to register them manually- you can do that by hovering over my page tab, then hover over my account, and click register game. Then type in the codes you used to install the game.

Also, while you didn't ask, I'm gonna guess that you're probably new to the sims 3 store, and if that's the case, I'd recommend you check out the stuff on this list; all free, no strings attached!

Hello I read that you should get 1000 simpoints for the inscription of the base game and the expension world adventure but did not reveive anything I talked about it on the chat but the person did not know about this and asked me to post that.

@HZHCX  It seems like this button is gone now, at least from the recent reports.  So no, you probably can't get any free points, sorry.

I just bought sims 3 and its all dlcs, but I can't get free SimPoints on thesims3.com because I didn't find the button. Is the "Redeem  Free SimPoints" button removed forever and I can't get free SimPoints?

I'm having the exact same issue. 

My Game was automatically registered when I created an account on the sims3 website, and I even got a message that i could claim a reward, but nothing appears.

I've also talked with EA support, they suggested it may be because i bought the game with a digital key (no idea if that even matters as everything is registered normally)..

Sim points

I have only recently registered the sims 3 base game and expansions etc on the sims 3 website https://au.thesims3.com/

From my understanding and other threads on EAs forums - this should have triggered some free reward items for me to claim, AND free simpoints that would have appeared in my account details, with a big orange button.I have received the items but not the points.

I have received no way to redeem these points, and there has been no orange button. EA support believes its a glitch on their end but would love to hear thoughts.

I have attached pictures showing what has been successfully registered, what the orange button should look like and a picture showing this has not appeared for me.

Just wanted to note that from the EA support person I spoke to, the game should still be providing these rewards, the games are registered fine, the issue is the button has not appeared for me.

lucijakopic  The free SimPoints were always supposed to be limited to the base game and World Adventures, plus a few special offers, for example limited edition disc copies of certain packs.  Some players received free points in other contexts, but this was a glitch of some kind.

I've seen a few reports recently of the base game and WA not granting points either, so it may not work anymore.  But I'll ask around.

Hello everyone,

I recently decided to get back to playing the sims 3 and bought some of the expansion packs. I just redeemed the code for World Adventures and I got a pop-up saying that I won 10$ worth of simpoints by doing so. Once I clicked to go browse the store, I got an endless loading screen and when I opened up my profile again, I had no points anywhere. I feel so scammed because I believe some people got points for registering all packs and I was really hoping to at least get some from WA. I wanted to contact EA support but it does not work and my cases never get a response. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do to get those points?
