Redeemed a code and now it's gone
I redeemed codes for two DLCs and it worked but it does not show up anywhere. not on the the sims 3 website or game and also not on EA(app).

@te11alia Have you cleared your browser cache (for the Store site) or the EA App's cache? Here's how:

if that doesn't help, please list the DLCs you tried to register and where you bought them.
