Redeemed codes, but nothing appeared, its been nearly a month now

I redeemed my codes for Hidden Springs, Barnacle Bay and Monte Vista, but nothing has appeared in my games list, or any ingame content. I checked my Order History, and it says its still processing.... BUT it has been practically a month since it said that! 

Please help, I really wanna play those worlds...

    worlds  even if bought in origin or disks are download from your the sims 3 purchase history and if you redeemed the oces in your orign you may get invalid/used code if you try to redeem them in your the sims 3 you'll need to contact CS if that happens

    1. click on the blue link

      2.choose your product in the search menu after that click on next  

    3 select your platform pc, android , wii...etc click next

      4 choose topic in the search menu for example code then in the menu that apperars under that type in something about the issue for example regestration code click next

      5 click  the orange live chat to chat with an advisor
