I think there is no "my case". morghax, sutakku etc. are in the same situation. ( As a matter of fact I can download the sims 3 in origin client)
I'm going to do something. I'm going to check my account on thesims3.com again, perhaps I'm just blind or something like that.
By the way I'm a bit scary so I won't use my another keys (The Sims 3 High End Loft Stuff Origin Key,The Sims 3 Late Night Origin Key) because I don't know what would happen if I use.
Anyway thanks for the reply again.

@cse90: Try to redeem your other codes at thesims3.com.
Origin seems to invalidate so everyone that tried to redeem at Origin and now has issues, should get in contact with Customer Support (and yes, I'm aware that there's a long wait)

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
