Redeemed the DLC code on Thesims3.com and now it's gone

Okay, I contacted EA support and they forwarded me to HB support. Oh well...

Note, when redeeming your The Sims 3 code, first redeem the code given to you through the Humble Bundle, then head to your My Games library, view the details of The Sims 3, and find and redeem the "Product Code" listed to install.

To redeem from the web, just head to www.origin.com/account and sign in with your Origin Account. If you do not have an Origin Account, you will be prompted to make one.
Once logged in, all you need to do is:

1. Select "Redeem Product Code" in the left-hand menu.
2. Enter the Origin Key code provided to you by Humble Bundle.
3. Repeat this process for each game you wish to redeem.
4. Launch the Origin client and find your games in the My Games library.

That would be a great answer, if it wasn't giving me "Key already used". I don't want to sound rude and I thank you for trying to answer my question, but did you actually read it?

Already redeemed and not received.

The origin part always sends me to sims3.com because "this code can't be redeemed here"
