Redemption key not working????

hello, I didnt play for a longer time sims3 supernatural. Now I wanted to install the expansion pack (the normal sims 3 was alredy on my computer) but under the code is a sign: Redemption key and live code expires september 4th 2013. For technical support, pleas visit support.ea.com

I wanted to try it but the code is to short. And on the webside I didnt found anything..

 How can I get the new code?
