I bought a world from ea. ı wanted to download it from website but ı didn't know ı need redeem code and couldn't understand what is 16 digit code? ı have only my 20 digit game code and probably it's not working anymore cause ı got this game 10 years ago. ıf we buying something from a website which is we already have an registered game in this website, what is the point to do something else with a code??? what ı am gonna do now? ı payed for it and ı can't even use it!
@deweyylewis Expansion and stuff packs come with 20-digit codes, at least when you buy them from a third party, and you can register them by clicking Register a Game. (Anything bought from EA doesn't need a code; it gets added to your library automatically.) Standalone worlds come with 16-digit codes usable under Redeem a Code, and you should have received an email with that product code as part of your purchase confirmation. So please look for that email, and if you can't find a code, make sure you bought a world and not an expansion that comes with a world.
If that doesn't help, please let me know exactly what you bought and whether you received any email confirmation at all.
