I noticed the website went down for about half an hour (apparently it was down for an hour and a half according of another Sims 3 player I’m friends with on the site) but it did eventually go back up after that brief period of downtime, and you should be able to redeem the code now 🙂 I noticed it straight away as I saw that when I went into Shop Mode to look for something the page was consistently a white screen.

Are you logging in through the Sims 3 Launcher?
My confusion is with the separation between the two accounts. There's EA Launcher... TheSims3.com.. the Sims 3 Launcher.
The website (My Page > My Account > Redeem a Code), through a web-browser, is still down. See attached image.
Also going to Store > My Store Account gives the same error message.
I can't login through the Sims 3 Launcher because I login using my Google One-Click sign in. And I can't redeem a code through the website.
So I'm really just... stuck. I'd love if an EA rep could reply. This is way too confusing.

@qkfif3wlnfgq I saw the same Be Right Back page when clicking Redeem a Code just now. But hitting the Refresh button allowed the page to load properly. So please try that, a few times if necessary. If that doesn't help, switch browsers. I'm using Firefox.
