Refund Required

I have just brought sims 3 expansion pack: Island Paradise, and did not realise I had to also buy The Sims 3. Which then lead me into buying The Sims 3 as I would need it to play. But as it seems, this took a very long time to download and has used quite a lot of my internet usage, it has also made my computer quite slow and while playing the Sims 3 it freezes, quite a lot.

Please refund the $40 (approximate amount) and I will delete the game.
