Refuse Gift

I would like to know if it is possible to refuse a gift through The Sims 3 Store and have the simpoints refunded to the buyer?

    No, there's no such option.

    If the buyer made a mistake, they should contact a game advisor to see if it can be revoked

    Game advisors can be found through live chat.
