Registering to new EA app from steam

I bought the Steam version of Sims 3 some time in 2015 and am just now realizing that the Steam version doesn't have the fully up to date launcher. I tried redeeming it on sims3.com to no avail, and it is not showing up on my EA app. Is it too late to register the game?

Edit 1. I randomly decided to use all of my codes on the website, and for some reason the High-End Loft Stuff code gave me the sims 3? Some codes aren't working, and others are giving me the proper addons now...

    Thanks for these details! It does sound like the codes have been redeemed previously on another account- this isn't something we can check for you over the forums since we don't have access to your account information, but the live support team can take a look with you and see what's going on.

    Please reach out to live support from the help site here and provide your codes to the team so they can search those and locate which account these packs are currently tied with.

    Hey there @Nopebot2000 

    You can still register your games as long as your codes have not been redeemed previously on a different EA account. 

    Is High-End Loft Stuff showing as owned now in your game library in the EA app? It sounds like you may have redeemed a code for the starter pack, which includes the base game, High-End Loft Stuff and Late Night. 

    As for the codes that are not working, what specific error are you seeing when you try redeeming those codes?

    So H-ELS is working now, but I found something strange happened depending where I put the code in. Using the CD code on TheSims3.com gave me the base sims 3 with no DLC. But then for some reason when I did it right after on the EA app it redeemed the Stuff Pack. I don't know if it's a bug, or if there's some disconnect between the website, or what, but I got both things from the same code. I also had to redeem Late Night separately.

    As for the codes that aren't working it's saying they've already been redeemed? I've only had the one Origin/EA account and didn't even know I could register them with EA until yesterday. I didn't even know I could see the CD keys until about a month ago lol... I'm beyond confused since I hadn't seen them, let alone touched them before.

    My cousin got me a physical copy of World Adventures that I never redeemed since It wouldn't work through steam. I tried the code in the EA app and even that one doesn't work.

    Could you show where the live support button at? I've been searching the entire help topic on the sims 3 page and no option to chat or email is coming up
