Registration Code - The Sims 3 Supernatural

Hi!

So I downloaded the EP Supernatural through Origin but now when I'm trying to actually install the game I can't because I don't have the complete registration code.

I got the confirmation email but I only got

Serialnumber: XXXX - XXXX - XXXX - XXXX

But to install the game I need

XXXX - XXXX - XXXX - XXXX - XXXX

Which means I am missing the four last number to install the game to my mac.
Have I missed a code somewhere? Please help

    I bought the sims 3 supernatural Vryday and I saw there was only 4 blocks to put the code in but there must be 5  the code begins like this <removed for security reasons> that is the only nuber I have I need one more to open my game pleas help me I bought it at the mall Game the carnival mall pleas help me

    There should be two codes. One on a colored sheet of paper with 16 digits and one on a white sheet of paper with 20 digits. If you don't have that, you need to return it to the store where you bought it from.
