Registration Code for Sims 3 University Life

I keep getting the error message when trying to register my copy from Origin.  I can get the other codes to register for the party togas and other goodies but not the official code.

Any ideas?

    Hi! I'm having the same problem (I ordered a digital download on March 5th 2013, and it keeps saying my regristration code is invalid. I never even got an email from EA with the code you usually get when you order from origin!) I was just  curious if this is being resolved or not? I do have a sims 3 account, and I'm just really confused and a little annoyed. It keeps saying it's invalid, but I input it correctly and I have not used it before!

    If anyone could help, that would be so awesome!
