And plus I already contacted teice and they couldn't help
was the game 2nd hand/used ? those cannot be reregestired or redeemed to another account as the code is tied to the original owners account and are non transferable
unfortunately we can't assist with this as we're players here trying to help each other and CS is the ones to go through
