Registration Code
I have a code but it is only a 16 digit code and the site will not let me registrate the game what do I do? I bought this game brand-new and it says the code to put in to start playing as already been used

16 digit codes are for DLC content you redeem those in your the sims 3 account
game codes are 20 digits long and you use that one to register your game IF you registered the code in origin first they auto reg the game in your the sims 3 account
