Registration Limit

Hi,

I think this problem has been faced by many but I just need a confirmation. There is a limit to the number of times you can use the registration code that comes with the game right? What happens when your computer breaks down a few times or you change a computer and have to register the game again and you reach the limit? 

 

I saw on other forums that you can contact Customer Support and they will give you a new code. Is that true? Has anyone done that and got a new code successfully?

    There is no installation limit on the disc based game/packs intallations. The digital download version uses SecuROM for drm and has a 5 concurrent install limit. There is a deactivation button on the update tab of the game launcher to recover activations. You can only use the registration code once. Once the code is accepted by the system it is tied to that email/login that you used to REGISTER the game (not activate the game). Activation and registration are two different things.
