ROARING HEIGHTS GOLD EDITION
I bought the roaring heights gold edition to be able to purchased the boardwalk and when I did buy it the point wasn't added onto my sims 3 account. How do I get my points?

tamicacraig Did you receive one code or two? In some cases, there are two codes, one for the standard content and one for the extras, and you need to register both on the Sims 3 Store site in order to get all the content.
Additionally, can you now download RH through the Store site? Please test and let me know.
When you said receive a code, do you mean by email because if so then that means it was sent to the email connect to the account and that email wasn't made by me. Origin was originally made by my mother with a yahoo account and she cant remember her password to access that email.
Never mind. I managed to get into her old account.
