Running a Resort Island Paradise

the maintenance crew are the ones who are supposed to do the maintenance and cleaning up although I think it depends too on the traits those NPC's have

I've had to fire some and hire new  NPC's which one of them seemed to have handy trait as she automatically went and repaired a broken hot tub  and my sim that owned the resort had the handy skill so I had him upgrade the hot tubs, swimming pools, outdoor showers to unbreakable  hmmmm one thing some players that had the supernatural EP was placed a bone Hilda coffin somewhere at the resort and she seemed to go around doing a lot if the cleaning up you could try that too but save the game with a save as new name so you'll have your original save and can then see how it works out with the NPC's and bone Hilda
