I Have Just Purchased Sims3 Through Origin, Entered all codes ect then when it came to downloading games it says that I do not have the app to download 😕
My Laptop Is A Windows 8 Any One Have any idea what program I need to download ?

did you download orign to the computer ? make sure to get the right one as there is apc version and a mac version onc eit's downloadedd and installed then from the shortcut icon on your screen right click-open to see if there are updates for it if there are let the updates update and install then omce thats done right click the origin shrotcut run as admin restart the computer then launch the orign login with the email and password you used for the account then once origin loads from the my games tab right click the game icon download
