Says 'not sure if authorized disc'

Hi.

My game repeatedly asks me to contacy customer services as it is not sure if my disk is valid or not.

Please help!

    Do you have any disc emulation software (daemon tools, etc) software installed. It does not have to be running as the device driver causes this.

    I did, and got help by phone.

    They suggested I uninstall it and download from Origin instead. After I did I got errormessage that basicly said 'Something is wrong, the game can't play'.

    I have now uninstalled the downloaded version, rebooted my copmuter and am reinstalling the disc. If this isn't working... Well, you'll hear from me.
