Seasons Bug Thread

The squirrel-bug is there in every season, but I noticed it first in the fall season, yes. They wont go away no matter what I do, they just pops up again no matter what season it is.
All the other bugs/issues in my game is not relatad to any specific season, but they clearly appeared after I updated the game with the 1.42 patch.
To make things clear I do not have any mods in my game, and never had. These bugs happens in all the neighbourhoods (I do not have any CCs)
Windows 7, and DVD version of the game.
I'm really sick of these bugs now (especially the ghost hunter one, because it has been like that for a very long time now, and EA doesn't seem to do anything about it).
