Hello, I recently purchased sims 3 for PC and i have made an origin account and done everythingelse but when it comes to putting in the serial code i have tried heaps of times but it says its incorre...

You need to log into the help page with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Issue Type", and "Platform" to see the contact options. Please choose phone or chat as contact option.
