I brought Sims3 Diesel stuff off my friend not relising she had used the code already, I was wondering if you have a code I could use???

second hand/used games cannot be reregistered nor redeemed on another account especially if the original owner required the game to their account the code is tied to that account
i think though if it was a disk you should be able to install it just not register it
