Serial codes in confirmation email?

I keep reading this on the TS3 Forum, but it doesn't seem quite right. Simmers query and are informed that their serial code comes in their original confirmation email. Mine never have.  I have orde...

    Hello debbidoosim.

    When you purchase and download a game from Origin, It is already activated for you, you will not need to type in your serial numbers.

    Your only provided with your invoice in your email.

    So when your pre order becomes avliable to download, just download it and there will be no need to enter your serial numbers 🙂

For Sims games you also need to register the game at the Sims 3 site to get the goodies, correct ?

So I think they should get a serial code.

But I really wouldn't know 🙂

    Serial keys for the games on Origin can be viewed clicking the "I" found on the relevant game. Not via email
