Serial number invalid

The smae thing happened to me, except I created the account and it wouldnt register correctly, so I exited out and started over, but when I tried the serial code it said "invalid". Then I tried to log in with the email i used to make the original account, no account existed....what the heck!

There are current delays, if I'm not mistaken

My friend had the same problem with downloading expansion packs, She got CD's and didnt have a CD thing on her computer, anyway I read the manual and it said that you have to register the expansion pack within 90 days of purchace. Maybe you just tried to download it too late? Or you and someone else are trying to use the same CD or product code and you can't do that.
