Serial number lost since launch of Origin.

Hi,

I bought The Sims 3 a long time ago, and now it's completely gone. 

I figured, since I registered and everything when I bought the game, there would be no problem just to download it again.

So I found an old email that I got when I registered back in 2009. So I logged in with the same e-mail and everything, but all the information about the game is gone. There's no way to download the game again nor is there any history of the purchase.

Any clue how I can get my serial number back? I mean, what's the point of register if this isn't working?
