Set Community Lots For Sale?

I was wondering if, and it is truly an if, it were possible to set community lots for sale. I recently created a world for my Sims 3 stables and want my sims to have ownership of a few of the busines...

    your sims can have a partnership with a bussiness but not own one click on the community lot for example the bistro

    you then have the option to buy partnership your sims will then on each sunday night ( i think sunday ) your share of the profits will be added to your sim household funds but no ownership yet

Ahh, okay. Let's hope they release the option to own community lots sometime soon! Thank you very, very much. The help is appreciated!
