My game crashed twice, then destroyed itself altogether (you know, the dreaded message,"there is a serious problem with your game"...) at the moment when my sim discovered she was pregnant.
Did it again when I reverted to my last save. Sim was wearing her singing telegram uniform. The game changed her into the long maternity night gown,colored pink, but kept her uniform with its red tights, hat, and shoes.
Moral: if your sim is about to find out she is pregnant, she should avoid singing telegrams.
I also was experiencing serious problems with crashing when the last patch was installed, but fixed it by making sure DEP was turned off on every aspect of every origin file and every sim file, EP, SP, etc. that I could find. Also updated graphics card driver.
Game drags when a simporter is performing in my town, but has not frozen on me.
Forgot: no cc, plenty of RAM, newer mid range laptop, intel card listed s ok on specs.
