Sign into sims 3 store on launcher and website

I can't sign into sims 3 store on launcher and website but if I click on buy in website without signing in it takes me to next page but won't let me sign in and won't let me create a new account!? What gives I buy a stuff pack for outdoor for my Sims 3 and can't use it because EA games won't help me they keep closing my cases without helping me. I'm suing if I don't get to use what I purchased.

  • SapphireSharon  Please try accessing the Sims 3 Store site through Firefox, in a private browser window.  If that doesn't work, try Edge.  And let me know what happens when you try.

    The launcher can be finicky at times, and it also doesn't work well when the username or password contains special characters, for example & or !.

    What exactly did you buy?  If it's a stuff pack, for example Outdoor Living, you need to install it through the EA App (Sims 3 > Manage > Manage add-ons).  Store content does need to be installed through the Store site, but you don't need to sign into the launcher first.

    If you have a VPN on it will not work, try pausing the VPN. Refreshing the page, or opening a new window & getting on thesims3.com and then it should load. VPN should be cool to put back on afterwards as well. I think its the initial access that doesnt mesh well with VPNs.

    I use edge and I tried using crome browser nothing works. EA games closing my cases without helping me could it be I have Seagate and when I hooked it up it doesn't have a app for it so can't access it. Downloads came with it was for adjusting colors on it I'm not sure how to access it and I think my games are on it instead of my laptop!? Not sure. First time I ever had one nothing comes with instructions anymore. Yeah I tried downloading outdoor life stuff pack through EA app and went to 96% then error saying that it can't download. Makes no sense.

  • SapphireSharon  Please explain in more detail.  It sounds like you have a Seagate external drive, and the game itself might be installed there?  You can check in the EA App: click Sims 3 > Manage > View properties, and you'll see the install location.  Please list it for me.

    For the stuff pack, you can try the workaround in the accepted solution of this thread:

    For downloading the Store content, did you try Firefox?  If not, please do so now, and let me know what happens when you try to download a Store item into a clean Sims 3 folder.
