Unable to "connect" after EA App update July 3rd - Sims 3 on Mac
Hi everyone. I updated the EA App yesterday (July 3rd 2026) on Mac, and I can't play anymore.
Wen opening the launcher, I noticed I wasn't logged in anymore. I've tried logging in multiple times, and every time I get "Please enter a valid email address".
If I press play and try to log in directly in the game, a "Connecting" animation pops up and nothing happens.
I've tried :
- Restarting my computer
- Reseting my password with letters and numbers only, no special characters
- Reparing the EA App with app recovery and clearing the cache
- Reparing the base game and all DLC
As you can see, I have a few NRAAS mods installed, never had any problems.
This is happening since the recent EA App update. Anyone have any ideas?
