SIMPAGE FAILURE - many people don't receive gifts or updates... HELP!

Hello,

I've been having an issue with my Simpage for the last week. I am sending gifts from the game to other users but none of them have received anything... I also haven't got any gifts, although I've been sent quite a lot.

There's also an issue with the updates during the game. When my friends are writing on their Simpages, I simply don't receive any messages in the game, although I'm online all the time. I have to go directly to the Sims3 website in order to read the conversations.

I've asked other people about it and it turns out I'm not the only one having this issue.

Is there any way to resolve this?

    I think you're not the only one having this issues.

    It's best if you post in SimGuruRusskii's sticky thread in the tech forum on thesims3.com. She changes them every month so linking is kind of pointless.

    Just go to thesims3.com and go to the US forum and chose techincal discussion. It's stickied there.
