SimPoints Bundle Mystery Bag item
I purchased a sims points bundle with a mystery bag item and I never got it? Is this an item received in game or some other way?? Can someone let me know?? Thanks!!

Thanks for you answer. Do you know what it would say? because none of the items i have seem to be the mystery bag item.
Any item you got in the mystery bundle have the word "Free" under it in your purchase history.

If bought through thesims3.com and not Origin, you're entitled to one of those.

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
