@blbesi3 For the Sims 3 Store worlds issue, please see the first post of this master thread:
https://answers.ea.com/t5/Store-Issues/Sims-3-Store-world-can-t-register-install/td-p/12619800
For the Sims 2 issue, please clear the EA App's cache:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
and see whether the game reappears. There's no reason for it to vanish other than being signed into the wrong EA account (and please double-check that you're in the right account), so it's more likely that the game simply isn't showing up at the moment.
I did the cache clearing thing and its didn't work unfortunately.
it also didnt help with the sims 2, and I'm worried because my sims 2 game was a gift from my mother, and if it somehow got transferred to her account I cant get it back because she died before the ea app was a thing AND I don't have her account info, not even the name.

@blbesi3 Games don't get transferred from one account to another, not automatically and not even when people ask most of the time. I've heard of games disappearing with no explanation, but they usually show up again. So if you ever had Sims 2 on this particular account, it should still be present.
You can try contacting EA customer support and asking what happened to your game. Even if it's not showing up currently, there should be some trace if it was ever present on this account. Support is closed for a couple of days, but it should be back on the 26th.
I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email. If you don't see the option, try this link:
Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
For the Sims 3 issue, do you need any more help?
