Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

Okay this worked out perfectly! Got everything done and was able to install the game successfully. However, I have one last additional problem. My game installed onto the D drive which is where I keep all my games. D Drive is my preferred location and I've even set it for that because my C drive has no space. My problem is that the Sims 3 is trying to update a 1.6gb patch onto my C drive instead of doing the patch on my D Drive. How do I make it so that the patch is installed onto my D drive instead?

Are you downloading the patch through the launcher ? It should automatically detect where your game is. Doens't matter which drive.
Did you always have the base game on c ? What about your user files ? Are they on d too ?
