Sims 3 - Stuck in build mode create a style

I was using create a style in build mode and it got stuck while loading and now I can't get out of it. I can open the menu but cant leave build mode and can't save game, I can also open the cheat box.

I really don't want to lose the house, is there a cheat code to save the game or to go into edit town?
