One more thing.
I am also using google SketchUp 2016, as a part of my studies, and i am getting the same error when i am trying to lunch it (SketchUp).

Thank you all for your help this far, i hope this can be fixed soon, as i need to use sketchUp for assignments.

@Sahararara try reinstall vc++ in this way:
a) all installers run as Admin;
b) before install this, delete all already installed versions;
c) if you have x64 OS, you'd install x32 (x86) and x64 packages of all versions:

VC2005 (хххххх80.dll), VC2008 (хххххх90.dll), VC2010 (ххххх100.dll),

VC2012 (ххххх110.dll), VC2013 (ххххх120.dll), VC2015 (ххххх140.dll)
