Sims 3 64 Bit Launch Error: 'the sims 3 quit unexpectedly'

@MaxisJoe So I DO get into the launcher, but when I press play in the launcher, it takes me back to Origin.

I ran that command and got this...

@ad1991 Nothing of use there. ☹️

Can you clarify exactly what beta version of Big Sur you're on, and exactly what Macintosh (year, make, model, essential details about CPU and RAM)?

I apologize if you've provided previously. I'm tracking a lot of things and want to make sure I don't confuse the data.

    @MaxisJoe  Here are my Mac specs:

    Operating System: macOS Big Sur 11.0.1 Beta (20B5012d)

    Mac Model: MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2020, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports)

    Processor: 1.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5
    Memory: 8 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3

    Graphics: Intel Iris Plus Graphics 645 1536 MB

    Don't have any anti virus stuff running and currently just trying to add the base game, will tackle EP's once I can load it!

    Let me know if I can provide any other info.
