@anivazqueza  Are you trying to play the 32-bit or the 64-bit version of Sims 3?  Your laptop doesn't support the 64-bit version: it also requires Metal, which your laptop is too old to have.

I am having the same issue she is. I am on Mac OS High Sierra. I was able to play the game earlier this week. I wanted to download my expansion packs and I have had issues ever since.
